5 Simple and Minimal Christmas Wreaths
SHARING A ROUNDUP OF FIVE WREATHS THAT ARE EASY TO DIY, ARE LOW BUDGET, AND HAVE A MINIMAL DESIGN FOR YOUR FRONT DOOR OR ANYWHERE YOU MAY ENJOY A WREATH
I must say this is the first time I’ve even thought about decorating this early for Christmas, but I feel like this way I will be able to enjoy it and add touches little by little instead of just having an entire Hobby Lobby or Kirkland’s throw up in my house. I feel like this way it may be easier on the budget too if I need to buy anything new for decor this year.
Speaking of budget, I shared this budget friendly wreath I made for our front door that I shared a couple days ago and also shared that I’m doing this early decor thing with some friends! I found a theme in some of these – minimal. You all know I love anything minimal that doesn’t feel cluttered, but can still feel cozy.
First up is Patti from Renovating Mapleson Manor. She created this wreath using a neutral color palette that can blend in with any color scheme you may have going.
Lidia from Design Inside The Box came up with this chunky yarn wreath. I love that this is so non-traditional, but very warm and inviting. If you wanted to make this more traditional, you totally could make your own spin on it too and use colors that suit your little Christmas heart.
I love what Laura from Mom Envy did with an embroidery hoop and plaid fabric. I’m not sure what is with me this year, but I just am really feeling this “classic” Christmas stuff. The reds and greens, the plaids. WHO AM I?! Does this mean I’m old? It can’t, right? Regardless, this little guy brings me joy. See what I did there? Cuz it says “joy”? Okay.
If this doesn’t scream minimal, I don’t know what does. Sweet little greenery, a little metal hoop and voila! Megan at Two Feet First really nailed this one.
Last but surely not least is this little guy by Samantha at Little Bits Of Home. I just love that it’s not a wreath but all she did was stick some greenery and berries in this precious little basket and hung it! I love that perfect little burlap bow on that too!
Hopefully this has some (Christmas) juices flowing for you in how you can create your own door decor. Remember, it doesn’t have to be super elaborate to be beautiful!
I just love each wreath. Every one has it’s own style and personality. So beautiful!
Thanks Meegan!
